The goal of this activity was to train youth teachers on Virtual Enterprises software in order for them to be able to provide training on Virtual enterprises to youths in their respective countries. Teachers were expected to gain a thorough knowledge of the concept and software of Virtual Enterprises and to be able to teach young people interested in social entrepreneurship about the organization, business planning, basic functions and operation of Virtual Enterprises. In addition to that, the project timeframe and management was discussed in order to ensure the good cooperation between partners and the successful completion of the project.

Teachers also visited successful examples of companies in the field of social entrepreneurship and familiarized themselves with the functions and operations of social enterprises in order to devise teaching methods to effectively represent the functions of social enterprises in the Virtual Enterprises software.

This activity was targeted at training youth workers on Virtual Enterprises software. The training methods that were used included presentations, workshops with case studies on the use virtual enterprises software and discussion on the methods that are appropriate to use in order to transfer that knowledge to NEETs with limited knowledge of business operations. Visits to social businesses were planned so that the participants get first-hand knowledge of how such businesses operate and problems they have in their operations.

After the end of this activity the teachers gained the necessary knowledge required to introduce NEETs to virtual enterprises software and help them develop their ideas for potential social businesses.
